My trip through Nepal was mainly to learn more about Buddhism. For example, I visited several Buddhist monasteries, where I heard reciting sutras that penetrated every cell in my body. Very overwhelming, and indescribable. It felt very nice. Meditation has become part of my life. Finding an energizing place for meditation has become part of my travels. After a good meditation I feel reborn. This painting was created by combining different images, creating a wonderful place for meditation. The buddhas carved into the rock wall, the splashing water falling down, the sun shining through the holes in the rocks, the lotus flowers representing enlightenment and purity. This seems to me the ideal place for meditation.
