Pure consciousness

She is purely aware of the divine birth and purity.
The lotus symbolizes the creation that has sprung from her. As it opens at sunrise, and closes again at night, the whole cosmos grows out of it. The lotus is the flower of light. Because she blossoms through the sun and water, she symbolizes spirit and matter, fire and water, the origin of all that is. Because she emerges in all beauty from muddy, dark depths, she is also regarded as a possibility for man from the imperfect, human being who can attain the purity of the divine status.
The butterfly symbolizes the immortal soul and the brevity of life.
